Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the University of Utah Farmers Market. The campus market season lasts seven weeks. Market customers are primarily University students, staff, and faculty. The market is open to local farmers and growers, artisans, and on- and off-site prepared food vendors. Non-profit organizations may also apply. We give preference to farm vendors who grow what they sell and prepared food vendors who offer healthy items made from local and organic ingredients.
We will begin accepting applications for the next University of Utah Farmers Market in March 2018. The market will return on August 23, 2018.
How to apply
The U of U Farmers Market accepts applications through Manage My Market. Once you set up a vendor profile, you can easily apply to any market in the network. Manage My Market is free for vendors. All fees for approved vendors are listed in the market information on the Manage My Market site. You may apply for all markets of the season or select dates. Costs to have a booth at the Farmers Market:
- Grower (less than 15 acres): $15/day
- Grower (15+ acres) or pre-packaged food items: $25/day
- Arts and gifts vendors: $25/day
- Off-site food or beverage vendor: $25/day
- On-site prepared food vendor: $60/day
- Non-profit organizations: Complimentary (parking fees apply)
APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED ON A ROLLING BASIS.
