Office for Sustainability Education Undergraduate Studies

The Experiential Green Grant (EGG) fund empowers faculty, staff, students, and community partners to integrate teaching, research, and campus operations through collaborative projects that advance the university's sustainability and climate action goals. In 2026 the Sustainable Campus Initiative Fund (SCIF) was renamed the Experiential Green Grant fund.

Grounded in the principle that the campus is a living laboratory, student receive grant awards for projects that may address environmental, social, or economic dimensions of sustainability while producing measurable outcomes that benefit both student learning and institutional practice.
