As part of the Presidents’ Climate Leadership Commitment signed by President Watkins in April 2019, the University of Utah is tasked with assessing and improving institutional and community resilience to the impacts of climate change. The first step in this process will be to identify climate-related vulnerabilities and strengths, followed by brainstorming potential strategies for increasing resilience. This virtual Climate Resilience Workshop invites participants from across the university to contribute their expertise and ideas to the process.
- Define climate-related vulnerabilities and hazards predicted to impact the university and surrounding community
