Home Sustainability Across The Curriculum Sustainability Teaching Workshop

The Sustainability Teaching Workshop includes a welcome dinner followed by a one-day event and is designed for faculty who want to integrate sustainability concepts into their courses. Participants will learn how to apply for the Sustainability Course Attribute (SUST) and can receive $1,000 in professional development funds for submitting a SUST application by the May deadline.

Workshop Highlights

  • Focus on embedding sustainability into your curriculum.
  • Step-by-step guidance on applying for the SUST Attribute.
  • Eligible participants can apply for a sustainability teaching grant after completing the workshop.

Join fellow participants and facilitators for a pre-workshop welcome dinner the evening before.

Important Dates

  • April 30, 2025: Registration closes.
  • May 7, 2025: Pre-workshop dinner, 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
  • May 8, 2025: Sustainability Teaching Workshop, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
