Working Groups

Building stronger communities works best when we work together. The Sustainability Office facilitates several committees and working groups that include members from across campus and disciplines.

Building Progress Together

Sustainable Campus Initiative Fund (SCIF) Allocation Committee

This group evaluates the SCIF applications from students, faculty, or staff members and determines which projects to award funding.

Edible Campus Gardens Steering Committee

This committee includes faculty members from Biology and Environmental & Sustainable Studies, as well as leaders in Landscape Maintenance, which collaborate to help the Edible Campus Gardens achieve its mission and goals.

Bicycling Advisory Group

Commuter Services manages the campus Bicycle Advisory Group.

Utah Climate Action Network

In 2016, the University joined the Utah Climate Action Network, connecting with other community partners to collaborate on regional action on our changing climate for long-term resilience.
